Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipments and deliveries occur on weekdays, but in some circumstances deliveries can arrive on Saturday provided the carrier is operating. Carriers are selected based on the most economical rate for the region the item is being shipped too. 

In rare circumstances, due to high volume in peak periods, standard shipping times may be slightly delayed. However, our team will communicate this delay and the "Track Your Order" page on our website will allow you to follow the shipment. *99% of orders arrive within the specified day range. If your order does not arrive in this time period due to some carrier delays, our team will work to make things right. Please be kind for our efforts.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

One of our carriers is UPS. Anything sent via UPS cannot be delivered to a post office box. UPS requires a physical address. According to the UPS website, "We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient's telephone number must be included on the label." The phone number allows the UPS driver to telephone the recipient and arrange for a home delivery.

If your address has a PO box, please be aware that your shipping time can be delayed.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Each order is accompanied with a tracking number. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email or text confirmation. This will include your tracking details. In addition, on our website, we have a tracking feature to help you know where your order is. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lifestyle Bravo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Lifestyle Bravo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
